5/8 3.25T Rigging Shackle

The Acue 5/8" 3.25T Rigging Shackle is a professional anchor-style rigging connector designed for stage production, touring systems, entertainment rigging, lifting applications, and other installations that require a strong and dependable temporary connection. Its wide bow design provides greater flexibility for multi-leg sling configurations and varying connection angles than a traditional straight-sided D-shackle, while the 5/8-inch quick-release screw pin makes installation and removal efficient during production setup and breakdown. With a 3.25-ton Working Load Limit, this shackle provides the strength required for demanding professional rigging environments when used within its published ratings and applicable rigging practices. The shackle is forged, quenched, and tempered from Grade 6 steel and uses a high-strength alloy screw pin for durability under demanding use. A hot-dip galvanized finish improves corrosion resistance, while its published operating temperature extends from -40°F to 400°F (-40°C to 204°C). It is fatigue rated for 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times its Working Load Limit and is designed to meet or exceed ASME B30.26 requirements.
